The CEW Senior Executive Census, now in its sixth year, charts the representation of women in senior leadership teams in Australia’s ASX300 public companies. The CEW Census is produced with our partners Bain & Company, Spencer Stuart, Melior Investment Management, HESTA and 40:40 Vision.
After six years, we know that women’s representation into ASX leadership is going nowhere fast.
The progress of women into the most senior leadership roles in the nation’s top companies has been negligible and in the last year, representation has actually gone backwards. At the current rate, it will take 100 years to achieve gender balance in CEO roles.
