Lyn is the Group Treasurer of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia with overall responsibility for management of the Group's balance sheet, funding and liquidity operations, capital management and asset and liability management. Lyn has held this position since August 2007 and, prior to this time, was Head of Balance Sheet Management.

Lyn has had over 20 years of experience in financial markets including roles as Head of Securitisation at Citibank, Head of Securitisation at Commonwealth Bank, CEO of Tradingroom (a JV between Macquarie Bank and Fairfax) and Head of Financial Institutions at Barclays Capital. Lyn is also a director on a number of CBA Group companies including Colonial First State Investments Limited and Colonial First State Asset Management Limited.

Lyn is married with 2 children.
