Based in Hong Kong, Cathryn is responsible for
the provision of debt capital markets solutions to
ANZ's Institutional and Financial Institution
borrower base across 14 countries.
With over 21 years of financial services
experience, Cathryn leads an experienced Capital
Markets team of 176 staff globally. In 2010,
Cathryn's focus will be to continue to oversee the
origination and distribution of debt and credit
products across all regions.
Cathryn began her career at ANZ as Head of
Corporate Finance in 2005 before moving into
her current role in Global Markets as Global Head
of Capital Markets in October 2008.
Prior to joining ANZ, Cathryn was in a range of
roles at Westpac. These included Acting General
Manager of Risk, Institutional Banking at
Westpac. Her other roles at Westpac included
General Manager, Global Industries Group,
General Manager Corporate Finance and head of
Capital Markets. Prior to joining Westpac,
Cathryn was head of Debt Markets at Macquarie
Bank.
Cathryn holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics
& Finance) from Curtin University, WA.
