CEW/Bain study ‘11
For the second year in a row CEW and Bain & Co have undertaken a significant piece of research. This year’s report: What stops women from reaching the top? Confronting the tough issues, has just been released. The report is the result of a combined CEW/Bain & Co study of 842 Australian business professionals. It debunks a popularly-held belief that competing work-home priorities is the greatest inhibitor of women’s advancement to senior mangement positions. The new study finds valuing diverse styles is key to women’s career advancement through senior management ranks.
Please use the following links to see the report and find out more. In addition, some photos from the Sydney breakfast held on 29th November are also attached.
If you would like a hard copy of the report, please contact the cew office: cew@cew.org.au
Please note, further events discussing this study will be held in Brisbane (2nd February 2012) and Perth (9th February 2012).
