Many organisations have little information about why women leave
Many organisations have little information about why women leave an organisation. There are plenty of myths, such as, ‘they leave for family reasons’, but few facts to support this, and little other information as to the real reasons behind their departure.
The CEO Kit developed by Chief Executive Women has assisted hundreds of Australian companies to tackle gender diversity issues and help attract and retain female talent into leadership positions.
In 2012, the CEO Kit begins its transition to an on-line tool in response to market requests. The modernised version of the CEO Kit will be simple to use on-line and accessible to a wider range of Australian companies.
We would like to thank Ernst & Young for their partnership with Chief Executive Women over the past three years during which they have supported taking the CEO Kit to over 80 Australian organisations. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with them into the future.
