CEW Programs

CEW offers two dynamic programs - The Leaders Program (formerly TDP) and the CEO Kit

CEW offers two dynamic programs -  Leaders Program (formerly Talent Development Program) and the CEO Kit - to help enable more women leaders. Both programs can be useful tools for organisations to use as they address the complex issues of attracting and retaining more women.   In 2012, the CEO Kit begins its transition to an on-line tool in response to market requests. The modernised version of the CEO Kit will be simple to use on-line and accessible to a wider range of Australian companies.

The Leaders Program  is a 10 month program for talented women from major Australian companies and government and not-for-profit organisations. The Program aims to give participants increased self confidence and awareness about the organisational issues that women face in the business context.

In 2010, the Business Engagement Committee (BEC) was formed. The formation of the BEC recognises CEW’s role in external advocacy and direct engagement with business leaders to encourage and assist them to attract, promote and retain talented women leaders. The BEC is responsible for building and maintaining information to support the case for increasing the number of women leaders to direct engagement with key stakeholders to increase the speed and magnitude of change.
